Pôvodne to mala byť novela, ktorá zrýchli posudzovanie vplyvov na životné prostredie (EIA) pre niektoré projekty v energetike. Ministerstvo životného prostredia v máji tohto roka predstavilo novelu zákona o EIA, od ktorej si investori v oblasti obnoviteľných zdrojov energie (OZE) sľubovali, že zrýchli konania.
