Saudi Aramco has officially closed its acquisition of a 50% equity stake in Blue Hydrogen Industrial Gases Company (BHIG), locking in a strategic joint venture with Air Products Qudra — itself a partnership between U.S.-based Air Products and Saudi Qudra Energy.
